Review of Rhynil
on the 22nd May 2018
I have only used the product on four occasions and my partners already tells me there is a significant difference in the level of my snoring. I think I may have to use the product for longer to see more benefits but so far I am very pleased.I find my snoring to be very embarrassing as I feel it is a major turnoff - especially when it is usually the male that snores.Thank you and I will continue using your product and hope I get further improvement.

I have been using Rhynil every night and morning for over a month and it isn't a miracle cure. I have noticed a slight improvement (slightly less snoring) though it isn't consistently getting better.
Seems to work

It's early days (a fortnight) but my wife seems to think that my snoring has reduced. Continuing to see how it goes.

After using this for several days I can honestly say, that although I haven't stopped snoring, it has made me have some great nights sleep, which I have struggled with for years. Very happy with the product and would recommend giving it a try, even if it's just to get some decent sleep.
Rhynil spray for nose and mouth
on the 23rd Apr 2013
Whilst not a cure for snoring in itself it does help create the conditions whereby snoring may be less likely. It dries up the moisture at the back of the nose and that in itself clears the airways. I will continue to use it even though I must admit I do not find the smell/taste of it particularly pleasant. "Keep taking the tablets" as the saying goes SB

Ie have been using this product for four weeks, in conjunction with a SomnoGuard. The product is very easy to use and despite some very slight discomfort when spraying into the nose, I have experienced no further problems. It is quite difficult to say if there has been a decrease in my snoring. My wife says no, but a positive result is that I no longer suffer from the very dry mouth that I used to experience when waking. the product has antiseptic properties, I believe, and this may have helped me to resist the numerous upper respiratory tract illnesses that are doing the rounds at present.

Did the snore test - nasal snorer. Had previously just used nasal strips. Been using the product about 6 weeks and my partner has definitely benefited :), it takes a bit of getting used to - its quite a lot of volume per spray - but the taste/smell is good.

I tried Rhynil and found an immediate improvement in my snoring. It hasn't completely cured me but it has certainly improved sleep conditions for myself and my partner. The cost of the product is a concern given that one bottle lasts around a month, so hopefully going forward the manufacturers can address the issue of price.

My wife complains regularly about my snoring. I've tried several products, really to no noticable effect; Rhynil has possibly reduced the volume of my snoring but it has relieved my nasal congestion, although an expensive achievement. Perhaps the only real remedy is surgery, or maybe sleeping in separate rooms!

My problem is not breathing through my nose and this spray helps me long enough to get to sleep but it is not addressing the overall condition.
