Wish I'd found this earlier (or rather my wife does!). After many years of snoring loudly, apparently, most nights we are now celebrating 4 non snoring weeks! Fantastic

I bought this as I snore really loudly! My wife and I slept in separate rooms and it also affected my mate who roomed with me on our annual Golf trip to Spain. I got the guard in April this year and it has reduced my snoring by 75%.... My wife is over the moon with my purchase and the Golf trip was anything but a " Snore"... Thankyou... Very happy...😎

I sleep with my mouth open and wanted to start sleeping by breathing through my nose. I watched a UTube way of moulding the Guard and it was all simple. I did as followed and firmly moulded the Guard to my teeth and mouth shape....tip....don't be too hard in your pressing like me as when it comes to sleep time it was not that comfortable. It did make me breath though my nose and although it seems strange you do get used to it. As it was a little uncomfortable I tried remoulding it but now it seems a little flimsy so a tad ruined so not sure how long it will last in which case it will be costing me twice as much as I will need to buy another. So get the moulding right first time round. The Guard in principle does as intended but wish they were cheaper in price as it just seems like a bit of rubber.

The other half is the Snore-No-More, which I'd purchased first. That product reduced my snoring by opening my nasal airways – but I was still snoring (albeit with a lower volume) through my mouth. I also subjected my poor fiancée to obscenely loud lip-smacking, for which none of the Xerostomia products had helped.I'd already tested the *Tomed* Somni SnoreGuard, and found it uncomfortable, relatively ineffective, and prone to falling out during the night. But the idea of *this* version appealed to me – keeping the mouth shut (instead of realigning the jaw), I thought it might alleviate the lip-smacking as well as the oral snoring.Fortunately, this is exactly what happened. The device was much easier to prepare compared to its tomed cousins (and also with great thanks to the video here on britishsnoring.co.uk). It was a tad uncomfortable at first, and letting it rest behind the lips but in front of the gums was an odd feeling to get used to. To be honest, I couldn't really believe it would work – and I'm still not sure how it does. All I know is that it certainly is working, and my snoring and lip-smacking days are gone.Well, almost... Neither this product, nor the Snore-No-More, can be used if you are suffering from a cold – they don't allow for coughs or runny noses. You will avoid yourself a lot of pain if you just don't use them if and when you catch the bug – and you'll save your partner a great deal of aggro if you politely remove yourself to a separate bedroom until the virus is out of your system. But that aside, this and the Snore-No-More have given me that all-elusive thing: a cure for snoring!

I mouth breathe and snore, and have used a Mandibular Advancement Device in the past; however, I get a similar result (although there are distinct differences in how they work and what they do, and it is important to get it right for you) and of the two, I find the Snore Guard more comfortable. My main aim was to sleep with my mouth closed, in order to improve my breathing and reduce snoring - it has worked. It does seem to cause dribbling, and I have a tissue handy for mopping! But I will keep using it no matter.

I suffer from sinus all year round and as a result I breath through my mouth rather than my nose. As a result of this, I have constant bad breath, even though my teeth are okay and no gum disease. Ever since purchasing Somni Snore Guard, my breath has improved, the terrible smell and taste at the back of my throat is gone and my mouth is moist rather than dry in the morning. Love this product, only wish it didn't cost so much but the price for fresh breath is worth it.I have been recommending it to my friends and family.

Why didn't I check out this site 1st for their products???? Have had tried the other mouth guards and found that yes the reduce my snoring but they were very uncomfortable. My teeth would ache most of the following day and also found myself gagging a little putting in and and taking it out.Bought the Somni Snore Guard and found it so less intrusive in the mouth. Very comfortable from the start. I did, as it states in the leaflet produce an increased amount of saliva for the first couple of nights but has been fine since, and yes no complaints, nudges and shakes from my partner!! Waking up in the mornings feeling much more refreshed. Really pleased just gutted I wasted a fortune on other products.

I have suffered with snoring since early years. Being a woman, this had a negative effect on my self esteem since I found nothing to help.It affected all my personal relationships

I actually bought this product to protect my teeth as I grind them at night, and found the hard plastic tooth guard my dentist sold me - for over £300! - uncomfortable and intrusive to use, even after using it for 18 months. The Somni snore guard was a complete joy from the start, so comfortable I immediately forgot I had it in my mouth. I then recommended it to my husband, who snores; he bought one too, also found it comfortable to wear, and it's stopped him snoring. He says he's slept so much better since using it. I think his snoring used to wake him up several times a night and he never got uninterrupted sleep before, and neither did I, so we're both delighted with the product.
