Being a female snorer is no fun, my partner is very quiet! I tried the Rynil spray for a while but that stopped working, however these strips do help and quieten me down, I am very pleased with them as I was considering a mouth guard but don't really want to go down that route! They are easy to apply and I have not had any reaction to them (I only use at weekends) I am a mouth breather at night hence the snoring, these strips will be very useful and they are reasonably priced!! Give these a try.

The chin-up srips certainly cut down my snoring and enable my wife to sleep. My criticism is that the plaster is very thin and difficult to remove in the morning and it does seem that in the 21st century nothing better has been invented. Also for what it is, it does seem a bit costly.

I got these hoping they would control the mouth leakage that I was experiencing using CPAP. While they were better than chin straps and other products I had tried up to that point, they were not the answer. I had to resort to putting Micropore tape across my mouth. They are effective at holding mouth closed and if your problem was mouth snoring, I am sure they would be effective at controlling it. My only small criticism is that they are hard to remove. The glue is strong compared too the tape and they tend to rip leaving small fragments attached rather than coming off cleanly.

These worked and my wife was happy with the results, but they are a little uncomfortable. One major problem is that it is difficult to talk or drink whilst wearing them and as they are adhesive they are difficult to remove in the dark. That said, they are a good starter choice to prove that this solves the problem and then I'd recommend a more flexible option that allow easy removal and replacement.

It was recommended that I try the chin-up strips because I was having some problems with my cpap. During the night my jaw would drop causing air to gush out of my mouth. This not only affected the quality of my sleep but the noise also woke my wife. I've been using the strips for a few months now and have found them very effective, however, even with my jaw held up I still sometimes get air escaping through my lips. On occasions I actually stick the strips accross my lips which cures this issue just fine. The only problen I've had is due to the extreme stickiness of the strips. They don't seem too sticky when you first put them on but by the morning they are well and truly stuck. This has resulted in some irritation to the skin on my face and the odd sore. If you follow the instructions in the pack and use a small amount of vaseline on the skin before applying the strip then this is no problem at all. Don't put too much on though or you'll never get the strip to stick!

The product didn't solve me the problem. I think it's very difficult getting good results. I only realized that I stopped snoring for about two hours, but the rest of the night but still went on snoring. I recognize the professionalism of the company, the good manners and the good treatment to the client. Many thanks and give me a definitive solution for my problem.

I am an habitual snorer, and my wife is a long term sufferer. I have tried many products including MADs, nasal sprays, herbal remedies, nose strips etc etc, and this product has helped considerably to reduce the volume of my snoring. My wife tells me that I still snore but as it isn't so loud she doesn't wake up so often during the night.

These worked really well. Wasted the first Chin-Up Strip as I didn't fit it correctly. After that no problems. My wife says that they completely stop the snoring in my case. The Manibular Advancement Device (from my dentist) which I used to use all the time reduces my snoring, but doesn't stop it. Though it does stop teeth grinding! I still use the Manibular Device once or twice per week as it is simple to fit. But the rest of the time I use the Chin-Up Strips.

Found them easy to apply and stayed on all night. On their own they didn't work for me but with the Rhynil used regularly it definitely improved things.
