I tried the chin-up strips twice. They are easy to use and fairly comfortable (I could get to sleep with no difficulites), but my wife really didn't like the look of them, and I still snored. So sadly, this solution was not for me.

Easy to apply and use, seems to cut down the snoring. Doesn't come unstuck during the night and I find it better without the vaseline.

Still snore but not as loud. Wife says it's a lot better and can sleep through the night.

Very good at holding chin in place but this morning I have found that my mouth was partially open in the morning. I think that due to the pressure of my relaxed mouth the strips tear slightly on the inner sides.

I have tried other products to prevent snoring but still prefer the British snoring chin up strips. When you have solved the knack of ensuring the straps are in the correct place on the face then a good nights rest without snoring ensues. I do not use the vaseline on the face as a better adhesion is maintained without it.

I bought these because my snoring has been driving my wife mad for weeks. I also purchased the Rhynil spray. I have used both religiously and followed the instructions to the letter but neither these strips nor the Rhynil have made any difference to my problem.

Tried several nights - didn't work - we had checked that my husband was indeed a mouth snorer but even with his mouth firmly closed with the strips he was able to snore - we have also tried the nasal strips in the past but they didn't work either - and the foam ear plugs that I tried didn't keep out the noise - I give up! Wonder if the chin up strips AND the nasal strips would work !

I bought these for my boyfriend after being driven crazy by lack of sleep after being kept awake with his snoring. They're great for me, there is no more snoring but he does find them uncomfortable. Also need to make sure that they are on in the right place, there has been a couple of nights he has been snoring but it wasn't quite in the right place so he could slightly open his mouth. I would reccomend these and will be buying them again.

I rate these strips highly, i am an open mouthed "fly catcher" snorer who has found these strips cured me straight away. My husband is a lght sleeper and i nolonger wake him. My local chemist has stopped supplying them at £3.00/10pack so i am looking for an alternative supplier. They seem expensive on this site so i will keep looking but i am desperate to find some soon because my supply is low. They are expensive but if you can afford them they do the job perfectly.

They have significantly reduced, but not eliminated my snoring. The strips are very fragile and tear easily during application which is costly. It would be fantastic if you could reuse them and be tougher but even if you buy in bulk its becomes quite expensive especially when you are a pensioner. 40p each when you buy 30, £65 for 200 is a big amount to pay all at once. My rating takes all my comments into consideration.
